Outlook can be configured to automatically empty the Deleted Items folder, or you can manually empty the folder at any time. Note: If you're using a Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, or Exchange account, you'll have a Deleted Items folder.

To restore files from your Recycle Bin in Windows, open the Recycle Bin, select the files or folders you want to recover, then right-click them and select Restore. The file or folder will be restored to its original folder.

Click Settings , and then click Site Content. The Recycle Bin is in the top right portion of the Site Content page.
