Windows 10. The Windows 10 Update Assistant downloads and installs feature updates on your device. Feature updates like Windows 10, version 1909 (a.k.a. the Windows 10 November 2019 Update) offer new functionality and help keep your systems secure.

For the best experience, download and install the new version of the Quick Assist app from Microsoft Store. If you have problems installing Quick Assist, here are some steps to try to get it installed and working properly.

The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem. It can currently fix Office, Microsoft 365, or Outlook problems.

Use the Installation Assistant to upgrade. We recommend you wait until your device has been offered the upgrade to Windows 11 before you use the Installation Assistant. When you're ready, you can find it on the Windows 11 software download page. Create Windows 11 installation media.

Windows Remote Assistance lets someone you trust take over your PC and fix a problem from wherever they are. Before you can use it, you'll need to enable access. In the search box on the taskbar, type remote assistance , and then select Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer from the list of results.

Follow the steps for your installation type. Click-to-run. In the window How would you like to repair your Office Programs, select Online Repair > Repair to make sure everything gets fixed. (The faster Quick Repair option is also available, but it only detects and then replaces corrupted files.) MSI-based.
