You can use installation media (a USB flash drive or DVD) to install a new copy of Windows, perform a clean installation, or reinstall Windows. To create installation media, go to the software download website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions.

Windows 10. From the internet: You should download and install programs only from trusted publishers and retail websites. In your web browser, select the link to the program. Select Save or Save as to download the program. Most antivirus programs like Windows Defender will scan the program for viruses during download.
