Uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows. There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled.

To pin apps to the taskbar. Select Start , select the arrow next to All apps, right-click the app, then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar icon, and then select Pin to taskbar.

Microsoft Store on Windows can automatically install app updates. Select the Start button, then search for and select Microsoft Store. In the Microsoft Store app, select Profile (your account photo) > Settings. Make sure App updates is turned On.
