Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Contact Support. For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. Add, remove or update an email address or phone number. If you want to make changes to the email addresses or phone numbers associated with your Microsoft account, use our guided support tool below to help you update the right information in the right way.

Select the relevant item and choose Request a refund. Provide the reasons for your request and select Next. If everything is correct, select Submit. When you request a refund, it may take 72 hours to process the request. We'll contact you with updates, or you can check the Refund status tab.

Make sure apps have access to the microphone. If your microphone isn't detected after updating Windows 11, you may need to give your apps permission to use it. Here's how: Select Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure Microphone access is turned on.

You can create either a new Outlook.com email address or add an address that you already have. Then, select Add alias. After you’re returned to the previous screen, select Verify, and then follow the instructions that are provided. Or, select Add phone number.

Use the Add a language feature to install another language for Windows 11 to view menus, dialog boxes, and supported apps and websites in that language. To do this: Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
