If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Add, remove or update an email address or phone number. If you want to make changes to the email addresses or phone numbers associated with your Microsoft account, use our guided support tool below to help you update the right information in the right way.

You’ll use this new primary alias to send and receive emails, access your Microsoft account information, and appear on devices. To remove the email address or phone number that you no longer want, select the option Remove that’s next to it, and then follow the instructions that are provided.

Select Settings > Mail > Junk email. If you want to block an email address, enter the email address in Blocked senders and select Add. If you want to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and select Add. Select Save.

Open the message that you want to recall. You must double-click to open the message. Selecting the message so it appears in the reading pane won't allow you to recall the message. If you have the Classic Ribbon, from the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message.

Select Settings and more . Go to Settings > Profiles > Sync and select Turn off sync . To clear your browsing data in Microsoft Edge: Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services . Under Delete browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.
