Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

Enable this setting to give participants more discretion over how they want to be presented in a meeting. Allow attendance report. Attendance reports contain meeting attendance details, including how long attendees stayed, and how long your meeting lasted, and more.. Turn on the Allow attendance reporttoggle to generate, view, and download attendance reports.

Use the Windows Quick Assist app to get help with a computer problem from family or friends or help them out. Quick Assist uses a remote connection, so remember to only use it with people you trust, since they can see your computer screen or control your PC (if you allow it).

Take a picture of some printed data Maybe you’d like to get data from your previous tax returns into Excel and you only have printed copies.Just take a picture of each one, transfer the pictures to your computer (OneDrive is great for this). Then, click Data > From Picture > Picture From File and follow the on-screen instructions to convert picture to data.

During a webinar. Attendees can submit questions while a webinar's in-progress. On the Q&A panel: Under the In review tab, review submitted questions in a private moderator view. Choose and publish which questions you'd like attendees to see.
