To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

To add a folder to the folder pane, do the following: In the left pane of Mail, Contacts, Tasks, or Calendar, right-click where you want to add the folder, and then click New Folder.

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. So, you can now search for contacts across Outlook to share a file. The Windows share window also displays 8-10 suggested contacts to quickly share to–including emailing yourself a file.

The notification area is located at the right end of the taskbar. It contains icons you might find yourself selecting or pressing pretty often: battery, Wi-Fi, volume, Clock and Calendar, and action center.

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.

Notes: This feature is not supported if you sign in with a work/school account. If you use an authenticator app or other multifactor sign in, you will need an app password to sign in..
