On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. After you create your drop-down list, make sure it works the way you want. For example, you might want to check to see if Change the column width and row height to show all your entries.. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.

After you restart your computer, the uninstall tool automatically re-opens to complete the final step of the uninstall process. Follow the remaining prompts.
