Add and remove group members in Outlook - Microsoft Support
Open Outlook for Windows. Under Groups in the left folder pane, select your group. On the Groups ribbon, select Add Members. In the Add Members box, search for people within your organization either by their full name or email address, and then select the names to add. Click OK. Note: You can't edit group membership using the Address Book.

Analyze Data in Excel - Microsoft Support
Simply select a cell in a data range > select the Analyze Data button on the Home tab. Analyze Data in Excel will analyze your data, and return interesting visuals about it in a task pane. If you're interested in more specific information, you can enter a question in the query box at the top of the pane, and press Enter.

Switch from working offline to online - Microsoft Support
Turn offline access on or off. Offline is turned on by default in new Outlook for Windows. To turn it off or on, do the following: Select Settings > General > Offline. Select the toggle Enable offline email, calendar, and people to turn offline access on or off. Select Save.
