If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. To use your camera with apps on Windows 11, you'll need to turn on some permissions in Camera settings. Then, you'll need to check your app permissions if you want to use your camera with apps.

To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN.
