Take a picture of some printed data Maybe you’d like to get data from your previous tax returns into Excel and you only have printed copies.Just take a picture of each one, transfer the pictures to your computer (OneDrive is great for this). Then, click Data > From Picture > Picture From File and follow the on-screen instructions to convert picture to data.

Important: Do not sign in before restoring account credentials. If you have signed in, sign out before proceeding with account recovery. You can only back and restore on the same device type: i.e. accounts backed up using an iOS device cannot be restored on an Android device.

Notes: To set an automatic reply for contacts outside your company, select Outside My Organization > Auto-reply to people outside my organization, type in a message, and select OK.. The OK button may be missing because of certain screen solution and scaling settings. To resolve this issue, you can adjust the screen resolution and scaling settings, or use a large monitor.

Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.. If you select Show email grouped by conversation, under Arrange the reading pane, select either of the options: Newest on top, Newest on bottom, or Show each message separately.

Under Edit signature, compose your signature.You can change fonts, font colors, and sizes, as well as text alignment. If you want to create a more robust signature with bullets, tables, or borders, use Word to create and format your signature text, then copy and paste it into the Edit signature box.You can also use a pre-designed template to create your signature.

Note: If you want to let someone know about a meeting, but not invite them, simply drag the meeting request from your calendar to the Mail icon on the lower left side of Outlook. This opens an email with information about the meeting that you can send out. Note that this email doesn't add the recipient(s) to the meeting, and it only contains meeting information such as date, time, subject, and ...
