2. Fill out the form using a recognized device and location. If possible, complete the form using a device you previously used to sign into your account and at a location where you commonly use that device and that we'll recognize, such as your home or office.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Create a restore point, and select it from the list of results.

Note: The boundary is the line between cells, columns, and rows.If a column is too narrow to display the data, you will see ### in the cell.

The display language you select changes the default language used by Windows features, such as Settings and File Explorer. Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language.

Note: If you want to let someone know about a meeting, but not invite them, simply drag the meeting request from your calendar to the Mail icon on the lower left side of Outlook. This opens an email with information about the meeting that you can send out. Note that this email doesn't add the recipient(s) to the meeting, and it only contains meeting information such as date, time, subject, and ...

Compress the file. When you compress, or zip, your file, it decreases its size, and it might decrease it enough to fit within the Outlook size limits for attachments.The following articles describe how to compress and extract files for different Windows operating systems.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Alternatively, check the "Don't show this again" box and select No to be prompted for your password each time.. Note: In earlier versions of Outlook, IMAP accounts also used an Outlook Data File (.pst).In Outlook 2016 and Outlook for Microsoft 365, IMAP accounts use Offline Outlook Data Files (.ost). You can also use an Outlook Data File (.pst) to backup or export items from any type of email account.
