Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

Notes: Some users won’t see the notification for the first hour after a Windows Update due to their notification settings. Summary. Windows 10, versions 2004 and 20H2 share a common core operating system with an identical set of system files. Therefore, the new features in Windows 10, version 20H2 are included in the latest monthly quality update for Windows 10, version 2004 (released October 13, 2020), but are in an inactive and dormant state.

To edit a PDF, open it in Word. This works best with PDFs that are mostly text. PDFs of book chapters or something that looks like a manuscript from a copier won't be formatted well in Word.
