File Explorer in Windows 11 helps you get the files you need quickly and easily. To check it out in Windows 11, select it on the taskbar or the Start menu, or press the Windows logo key + E on your keyboard.. How to use File Explorer:

Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.

View previous versions of a file. If your file is stored in OneDrive or SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can go back to a previous version of file.

Tip: To quickly open the On-screen Keyboard in Windows 11, click the Windows button.Begin typing On-Screen Keyboard which will appear in the search entry box. Data sources. Your first step in setting up a mail merge is to pick the source of data you'll use for the personalized information. Excel spreadsheets and Outlook contact lists are the most common data sources, but if you don't yet have a data source, you can type it up in Word, as part of the mail merge process.
