Top of Page. Contacts (People) keyboard shortcuts. The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. Immersive Reader advanced color support. In Immersive Reader, we've added many additional ways you can choose a page color.Selecting a page color can make text easy to scan with less eye strain. On the Immersive Reader tab click Page Color to see a 4x5 color picker.. Click More Colors to see additional color selection options such as Wheel, Sliders, Color Palettes, Image Palettes, and Pencils.

Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.. If you select Show email grouped by conversation, under Arrange the reading pane, select either of the options: Newest on top, Newest on bottom, or Show each message separately.

The display language you select changes the default language used by Windows features, such as Settings and File Explorer. Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language.
