Visualizations are colors, shapes, and patterns that move to the music in Windows Media Player Now Playing mode. The Player comes with a number of visualizations, and you can download more on this page.

The Xbox app on PC relies on two Microsoft accounts: the Microsoft Store account, and the Xbox account (your PC gaming account). The Microsoft Store account provides access to owned games, subscription benefits, and other Xbox app purchases made by that account. The Xbox account is used for game streaming access, in-game purchases, achievements, and friends.

You may see an "account frozen" message and icon if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. You just need to get back under your Microsoft storage quota to get access to your files again.

Choose the required access permission for the selected extension: When you click the extension: This setting only allows the extension to access the current site in the open tab or window when you click the extension.If you close the tab or window, you’ll have to click the extension to turn it on again.

Important: Workbook links are considered potentially unsafe and must be enabled when you open a formula workbook.When you open a formula workbook, click Enable Content in the Message Bar to allow the workbook links to function. If you don't, Excel keeps the most recent values and disables refreshing the links with values from the data workbook.

Check the battery: Replace the controller batteries with fresh ones, or make sure that the rechargeable controllers are fully recharged.(Do this even if your controller still has power—low batteries can cause connection and functionality issues.) Power cycle your controller: Press and hold the Xbox button for 5-10 seconds until the controller turns off.

Why some files won't open in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer uses add-ons such as Adobe Reader to view some files in the browser. If a file that needs an add-on won't open, you might have an older version of the add-on, which needs to be updated.

In the snapshot, you'll be able to see the annotations over the screen that was being shared when the snapshot was taken. Select annotations to make changes to them.

If you open a page written in a different language than your preferred languages in settings, Microsoft Edge will automatically prompt you to translate it. The Translate icon appears in the address bar when you go to a web page that’s written in a foreign language. A language is considered foreign to you if it's not included in your Preferred languages list in Settings.
