What does it mean when your OneDrive account is frozen?
You may see an "account frozen" message and icon if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. You just need to get back under your Microsoft storage quota to get access to your files again.

The Xbox app on PC relies on two Microsoft accounts: the Microsoft Store account, and the Xbox account (your PC gaming account). The Microsoft Store account provides access to owned games, subscription benefits, and other Xbox app purchases made by that account. How to enable TPM. If you need to enable TPM, these settings are managed via the UEFI BIOS (PC firmware) and vary based on your device. You can access these settings by choosing: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now. From the next screen, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart to make the changes.
