If you don't have meeting scheduling capability in Outlook or Teams, starting an instant meeting is a great option. The Snap feature in Windows has some predetermined layouts that you can choose from to snap all your open windows. To open Snap layouts: With your keyboard: In the window you would like to snap, press Windows Logo Key + Z to launch the layout box.

Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

Overlay the calendars. In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane, select the check box of another calendar that you want to view.. The calendar that you selected opens next to calendar that is already displayed. Each successive calendar opens next to the one most recently opened.
