Active subscriptions have been cancelled so you don’t continue to get charged. If you have Auto-recharge enabled and cancel your account without first cancelling your subscription, you will continue to be charged until your account has been permanently closed in 60 days.

If you want to stop a file or folder from syncing or backing up, you can pause the upload or download. See Stop syncing temporarily below for details.. If uploads or downloads with the OneDrive website are taking too long, or you selected the wrong files, they can be cancelled.

On the Invoices tab, choose the invoice that you want to view.If you don't see an invoice, use the date filter and select Past 3 months, Past 6 months, or Specify date range.

Whether it’s a new job title (congratulations!) or a phone number change, make sure you keep your email message signature up-to-date. If you're using new Outlook, for more information about email signatures, or if you haven’t created one yet, see Add a signature to messages.. Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
