In Bluetooth & other devices settings, select Send or receive files via Bluetooth > Receive files. Have your friend send the files from their device. See Send files over Bluetooth. Click File > Open > Browse and then go to the location or folder where the document (Word), workbook (Excel), or presentation (PowerPoint) is stored. Don't try to open the file from the Recent section as this won't go into the Open dialog box. Click the file you want, and then click the arrow next to Open, and click Open and Repair.

Select Review > Translate. Select your language to see the translation. Select Insert. The translated text will replace the text you highlighted in step 1.
