After you share a whiteboard in a Microsoft Teams meeting, you can use the same Whiteboard features that are available in the Windows and web versions.

To learn more about using Whiteboard in Teams, see the following guides:

Collaborate in a meeting

You can share a whiteboard with attendees from your own organization by default. You can also enable collaborative cursors to see the names of everyone who are collaborating on a shared board. To learn more, see Use annotation while sharing your screen in Teams.

Microsoft Whiteboard makes it easy to share ideas and collaborate with everyone in the same Microsoft Teams meeting.

To share a whiteboard with someone from outside your organization, see Collaborate with external participants in a Teams meeting.
