Data sources. Your first step in setting up a mail merge is to pick the source of data you'll use for the personalized information. Excel spreadsheets and Outlook contact lists are the most common data sources, but if you don't yet have a data source, you can type it up in Word, as part of the mail merge process.

Select a condition, and what to do with the message based on the condition. For example, to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder, select the Subject contains condition, select Move the item to folder, select or create a New folder, and then select OK.

Adjust your voicemail settings. To change your voicemail settings, select Settings and more next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Calls. You will find all voicemail settings under Manage voicemail.. Voicemail greeting. To record a new voicemail greeting, select Record a greeting and follow the instructions to record your message.

Note: Airplane mode retains the settings you used last time.When you turn on airplane mode, Windows remembers if you had Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on last time, and keeps that setting so your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth will be on again.

Tip: If you don’t like the name of the template (usually Book 1), click the name in the Excel for the web title bar at the top of the page and type a different name.

What you can customize: You can personalize your ribbon to arrange tabs and commands in the order you want them, hide or unhide your ribbon, and hide those commands you use less often.Also, you can export or import a customized ribbon. What you can't customize: You can't reduce the size of your ribbon, or the size of the text or the icons on the ribbon.

Disable all macros except digitally signed macros Macros are disabled, and security alerts appear if there are unsigned macros present.However, if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro just runs. If the macro is signed by a publisher you haven't trusted yet, you are given the opportunity to enable the signed macro and trust the publisher.
