Junk e-mail messages, also known as spam, can be a nuisance in your Inbox.The Junk E-mail Filter in Outlook identifies messages that are likely junk and moves them to the Junk E-mail folder. You can easily change the level of junk email protection or automatically delete junk email.

To enhance your Microsoft 365 experience in new Outlook for Windows, Outlook.com, Outlook for iOS, Outlook for Android, and new Outlook for Mac, you can now sync your non-Microsoft accounts (including their emails, contacts, and events) to the Microsoft Cloud.

Note: Before selecting New, consider selecting the check box for "Prompt a profile to be used."If this is enabled, you will get a prompt every time you start Outlook to pick which profile you want to open. This is helpful when you have multiple profiles and need to switch between them.

It’s always good to stay on top of the content you’ve shared with friends, family, and collaborators. OneDrive makes it easy. Simply log into your account at OneDrive.com, and in the left-side navigation area, you’ll see a view called Shared.. Option 2: Remove Current Account and Re-Add . If you remove your current account from Thunderbird and then re-add it, the proper settings will be detected, and you will just need to sign in to be properly configured with Modern Authentication and the proper server settings.

Notes: If you don't see an option to Cancel, but instead see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date.
