If you want to give access to desktop apps, make sure that Let desktop apps access your microphone is turned on.You can't turn off microphone access for individual apps. Others can't hear me. Try the following solutions:

Next to Choose where to get apps, select one of the available options.To see recommendations, select Anywhere, but let me know if there's a comparable app in the Microsoft Store.. To stop seeing app recommendations, select Anywhere.

Switch Real-time protection to Off.Note that scheduled scans will continue to run. However, files that are downloaded or installed will not be scanned until the next scheduled scan.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Manage BitLocker and then select it from the list of results. Or, select the Start button, and then under Windows System, select Control Panel.In Control Panel, select System and Security, and then under BitLocker Drive Encryption, select Manage BitLocker.
