Compress the file. When you compress, or zip, your file, it decreases its size, and it might decrease it enough to fit within the Outlook size limits for attachments.The following articles describe how to compress and extract files for different Windows operating systems.

Clean up Mailbox. From the Settings > Storage page you should see a breakdown of how much space each folder in your mailbox is taking. Below, you should see a list of the folders represented in the breakdown with the option to permanently delete all items (or those older than 3, 6, or 12 months) in these folders to free up space.

Sometimes you need to make a change to your email account settings. Verified IDs are secure trusted credentials that can be used by websites and organizations to make account setup simpler and safer. Usually, you'll use your device's camera to capture a QR code on the site to get a new Verified ID, or a verification of an ID already on your device.

Note: If you have a message open in its own window instead of the Reading pane, the Backspace key will not archive the message. You have to close the message and view it in the Reading pane for the Backspace keyto archive the message. When the message is open in a new window, the only way to archive the message is by using the Archive button on the ribbon.
