Free. A Free badge means an active Microsoft 365 Family or Personal subscription isn't associated with the account you signed in with. To pin Quick Assist to your taskbar so you can quickly get back to it, after Quick Assist is open, right-click (or press and hold) the icon on your taskbar > Pin to taskbar. If the old app icon still appears on your device, make sure you select the new app icon.

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. This lets them keep the folder alongside their own folders and items, easily move items between folders, and more easily work on it offline.
