Creating a passkey. To create a passkey for your Microsoft account, follow these steps on the device for which you’d like to create a passkey:

Change your password with your email provider. See the following sections for instructions on changing your email account password for several major email providers.

Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.

1. Sign in with your Microsoft account. You will be prompted to Sign in with Microsoft account. If you have an existing Microsoft account on your mobile device then you will be asked to confirm your account, then click Continue.. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

Notes: You don't need a smartphone to receive a security code. Text messages may come from either "MSFT", a short number, or a mobile number.If you have requested a security code, you can trust the message that arrives.
