OneDrive not connected. If you cannot sign in to your OneDrive sync app, or you see a message saying OneDrive is not connected, let our troubleshooter guide you through the steps to get syncing again, or follow the steps below.

Notes: If you don't see an option to Cancel, but instead see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. Select Search on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.In Device Manager, select Display adapters, then select the display adapter.Press and hold (or right-click) the display adapter name, then select Update driver and follow the instructions.

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. This lets them keep the folder alongside their own folders and items, easily move items between folders, and more easily work on it offline.

Look in the Surface app. The easiest way to find which Surface model you have is to use the Surface app. It shows the model name of your Surface device and each Surface accessory.

To change your screen resolution, use the drop-down menu next to Display resolution.. Note: You should use the Recommended resolution. If you change the resolution, content might appear blurry or pixelated.
