Why accounts are locked and disabled. Microsoft accounts are usually locked if the account holder has violated our Microsoft Services Agreement.Here are some common reasons why accounts are locked, though not all account locks occur for these reasons:

Try it! Universal search. Select Search on the taskbar or press Windows logo key + S, then type what you want to find.You'll get personalized search results for people, email, and files in local and shared sites, or from the web. Desktop groups

As you browse the web, you'll see an icon in the address bar that indicates the security of the connection to the site you're visiting. This icon helps you determine if you can safely send and receive information from the site.
