Use the DATEDIF function when you want to calculate the difference between two dates. First put a start date in a cell, and an end date in another. Then type a formula like one of the following. Warning: If the Start_date is greater than the End_date, the result will be #NUM!.

To sum a column of numbers, select the cell immediately below the last number in the column. To sum a row of numbers, select the cell immediately to the right. AutoSum is in two locations: Home > AutoSum, and Formulas > AutoSum. Once you create a formula, you can copy it to other cells instead of typing it over and over.

Select the text for which you want to change the case. Go to Home > Change case . Do one of the following: To capitalize the first letter of a sentence and leave all other letters as lowercase, select Sentence case. To exclude capital letters from your text, select lowercase.
