Updates to the default screen and sleep settings now help you use energy more efficiently and extend battery life. You can find efficiency settings in Windows 11 at Settings > System > Power & battery.. Note: If you are in tablet mode, you may not be able to see your desktop icons properly.You can find the program by searching for the program name in File Explorer. To turn off tablet mode, select action center on the taskbar (next to date and time), and then select Tablet mode to turn it on or off.

Make text bigger on your screen. If the text size feels too small when navigating through Windows, you can make the text bigger. This affects, for example, title bars, menus, and icon texts.

Some apps use the video platform that's built into Windows 11. These include Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps that come with Windows 11, such as Microsoft Edge, Photos, and Movies & TV, as well as many third-party video apps you get from Microsoft Store (for example, Hulu, Netflix, and Vudu).
