Windows 10 and Windows 11 in S mode FAQ - Microsoft Support
To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, or if you have Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education and want to upgrade to Windows 11, you'll need to permanently switch out of S mode.

Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.

Find and lock a lost Windows device - Microsoft Support
Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Troubleshoot Surface Type Cover or Keyboard - Microsoft Support
You'll see the logo screen on your screen. Continue to hold the Volume Up button. Release the button when the UEFI screen appears. If you have a Windows Pro/Enterprise device (not a Windows Home device), you can then toggle off Type Cover port from the Devices menu and exit UEFI. Re-enter UEFI (press power + Volume Up) and toggle Type Cover port back on, then check if the Keyboard works in UEFI.
