If the WinRE recovery partition was manually updated by using the procedure in Add an update package to Windows RE and is already up to date. STATUS: FIXED This issue has been fixed by Windows. To get the fix, run Windows Update until you see “You’re up to date”. At this point you have the fix. Right-click the Windows Start button and select Settings. Select Windows Update, or on Windows 10 select Update & Security.
