Blurry text or images can sometimes be caused by scaling or app issues. In the app you’re printing from, verify image resolution and print scaling. Avoid enlarging low‑resolution images before printing. Print the same document from another app (for example, Notepad or Word).

Fix missing thumbnails in OneDrive - Microsoft Support
If you're using a web browser, ensure the OneDrive.com file viewer is set to Tiles. Learn how. If you're using a PC/Mac, ensure your computer's File Explorer/Finder view is set to medium-sized icons (or larger). If File Explorer/Finder thumbnails still don't show, enable "Always keep on this device" for the file.

Troubleshoot external monitor connections in Windows - Microsoft Support
In some cases, pressing Windows logo Key + Ctrl + Shift + B to reset your graphics driver may fix your issue. If this does not work, see if restarting helps. If you are experiencing issues after an update, returning, or rolling back, to a previous version of your display driver may solve the issue. To roll back the driver:
Office apps appear the wrong size or blurry on external monitors
Sign out of Windows: If applications look blurry after connecting or disconnecting a monitor, docking or undocking your laptop, or changing your display scaling settings, signing out of Windows can fix this. Applications on your primary monitor should look crisp after logging back in.
