Fix apps that appear blurry in Windows 10 - Microsoft Support
To find out if Windows can fix the problem, close a desktop app that appears blurry on your main display and then open it again. If an app still appears blurry, you can try to use a different high-DPI compatibility setting for that app instead of the Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry setting.
Office apps appear the wrong size or blurry on external monitors

Change the default resolution for inserting pictures in Office

Magnify your screen. Magnifier enlarges part or all of your screen so you can see words and images better. To open Magnifier quickly, press the Windows logo key + Plus sign (+). When Magnifier is open, use Windows logo key + Plus sign (+) or Windows logo key + Minus sign (-) to zoom in or out. To close Magnifier, press Windows logo key + Esc.
