Troubleshoot the Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook for Windows
The Teams Meeting add-in lets you schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook. The add-in is available for Outlook on Windows, Mac, web, and mobile, and should be automatically installed if you have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 2021 installed on your Windows PC.

Schedule an out of office status in Microsoft Teams
Set up an out of office status and message to let your teammates know you're not working or on vacation. When teammates send you a chat message, they'll see your out of office reply and know you're unavailable. Your out of office status will also sync with automatic replies in your Outlook calendar.

Save an Outlook message as a .eml file, a PDF file, or as a draft
Save a message as a file on your computer or in the cloud. In Mail, from the message list, select the message you want to save so it opens in the reading pane, or double-click the message to open to open it in a new window. From the message header, select More actions > Save as.

Set up your Microsoft 365 sign-in for multi-factor authentication
