The Teams Meeting add-in lets you schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook. The add-in is available for Outlook on Windows, Mac, web, and mobile, and should be automatically installed if you have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 2021 installed on your Windows PC.

Set up an out of office status and message to let your teammates know you're not working or on vacation. When teammates send you a chat message, they'll see your out of office reply and know you're unavailable. Your out of office status will also sync with automatic replies in your Outlook calendar.

Save a message as a file on your computer or in the cloud. In Mail, from the message list, select the message you want to save so it opens in the reading pane, or double-click the message to open to open it in a new window. From the message header, select More actions > Save as.

Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work or school account with your password like you normally do. After you choose Sign in, you'll be prompted for more information. Choose Next. The default authentication method is to use the free Microsoft Authenticator app.

Go to Settings > Calls > Call handling and routing. Switch conference mode on or off depending on your needs. Manage users and groups. Add or remove team members from call queues and Microsoft 365 Groups. You can change their order for serial call routing, which will ring each person in the order they're listed. Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > SharePoint.

This feature allows you to access your previously downloaded or synchronized email messages, calendar information, contacts, and tasks without an internet connection. Certain types of accounts, such as POP accounts, store their information in the Outlook Data File (.pst) format.
