Your organization may restrict adding their email addresses. Add, remove, or update an email address or phone number in your Microsoft account Sign in to your Microsoft account to edit Your info at account.live.com/names/manage. Edit account info Choose Add email, Add phone number, or select Remove next to an existing address.
