Keyboard shortcut for print screen - Microsoft Support
Depending on your hardware, you may use the Windows Logo Key + PrtScn button as a shortcut for print screen. If your device does not have the PrtScn button, you may use Fn + Windows logo key + Space Bar to take a screenshot, which can then be printed.
Copy the window or screen contents - Microsoft Support
Press Windows logo key+Shift+S. The desktop darkens so you can select an area for your screenshot. If you select rectangular or free-form mode, you must then click and drag to highlight the area you want to capture. If you select window or full-screen mode, the capture takes place immediately.

Insert a screen clipping on a page - Microsoft Support
Use your mouse or finger to select the area of the screen you want to capture. After you make your selection, it will appear as an image in your notes. It will also be copied to the Windows Clipboard so you can paste (Ctrl+V) the screen clipping on another page in your notebook or into another app.
