How to adjust settings for the Omnisonic speakers on Surface

Applies To
Surface Pro Surface Laptop Surface Go Surface Studio Surface Book

Your Surface might have Omnisonic speakers that create an immersive experience when you take calls or watch movies. With Dolby Audio Premium(TM) processing, get the best sound from your device. Here's how to change some basic sound settings:

  1. Go to Start  icon for Windows logo icon > Settings  icon for Settings icon > System > Sound.
  2. In Output, find your speakers then select Device properties.

You can also change the default volume, microphone effects, and the default format for sound. To do that, get the "Dolby Access" app from the Microsoft Store.
