Note: Currently, Service Centers are available in Washington state and North Carolina (with more locations coming soon).
Microsoft now offers even more support options for your Microsoft products through Service Centers that provide in-person support.
If there isn't a Service Center conveniently located near you or you need additional support, contact us.
Why visit a Service Center?
Service Centers provide a premium, in-person one-stop-shop for your technology needs. Such as in and out-of-warranty support for Microsoft accessories, software, Surface, and Xbox devices.
Service Centers offer enhanced support including professional hardware inspection, troubleshooting, and system recovery. If the Service Center Associates are not able to resolve the issue, they can help facilitate sending your device to Microsoft for repair or replacement.
If a new device is preferred, an Associate can match you with a new Microsoft product that best meets your needs.
How to prepare your device for your Service Center visit
Back up your data and erase your files. The data on your device is erased as part of the service process. If you prefer, you can erase your data yourself prior to your visit.
Bring your receipt or invoice. If available, bring your original receipt, invoice, or a copy to confirm the warranty status of your device.
Out-of-warranty repair. If your device or accessory is damaged or is outside of its warranty period, it may not be replaced. For more info on Surface devices, please visit How much does out-of-warranty service cost for your Surface device or accessory?
Power cord. If available, bring your power cord.
