Microsoft Copilot with Copilot chat. Whether or not Copilot in Windows uses Microsoft Copilot with Copilot chat depends on whether your organization has a Microsoft plan that includes Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and your IT admin has assigned you a license.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

If you are planning to use Teams free or if you were a guest in an org, you can connect and collaborate by downloading and installing another version of Microsoft Teams (work or school) and signing in with your Microsoft account or the guest account where the invite was sent to.
