Sintomas
O processo StoreWorker para de responder em Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 ou 2016. Quando esse problema ocorre, as caixas de correio ficam em quarentena e a seguinte entrada de erro é registrada:

Resolução
Para corrigir esse problema, instale as seguintes atualizações cumulativas, conforme apropriado:
