The files you save to the Files app on your iOS device show up automatically, but you’ll need to set up other third-party cloud storage services to get access to them in Files.

As of mid-November 2025, users can no longer install or use the Microsoft Lists mobile app. Your lists and data are not affected and continue to be available through Microsoft Lists on PC / desktop or through a mobile web browser.

Second, open Outlook for iOS and in the left nav view open the Settings gear > Select your account > Toggle ON the 'Save Contacts' toggle. Saved contacts will be added under the contacts in your iCloud account. These contacts will sync to all devices which are signed in with the same iCloud account.
