Create a subfolder in new Outlook. Select the folder where you want to create a subfolder. Right-click the folder, or hover over it and select More options > Create new subfolder. Enter a name for the new folder, then press Enter.

In any Microsoft 365 app, go to File > Account. Select Update License. Close and restart all Microsoft 365 apps you might have open so that the license refresh can take effect. Force a refresh of the license. Note: These steps must be done by the account administrator. I am getting license validation errors with Copilot.
