Personalize your note output

Dragon Copilot includes built-in options that help you customize how information appears in your notes.

After configuring your profile and note settings, you can further refine individual note sections to better match your documentation preferences and workflow.

Customize note sections

To customize note sections, go to Settings > Templates > Note.

Each note section includes settings that help you control how content is organized and presented.

Depending on the section, you can:

• Select different formatting options.
• Modify section-specific settings.
• Add additional text or instructions.
• Adjust how information appears in generated notes.

Changes are saved automatically and apply to future note generation.

Use note section templates for extra control

If the note section settings don't give you the results you need, use note section templates.

Templates help you tailor supported note sections with more detailed instructions and content. Use them to standardize documentation, include consistent text, and customize how information appears in your notes.
