Learn how to manage and adjust your settings for Play Together in Microsoft Teams (free) on Windows 11. Make sure you're using the right microphone, camera, and screen shares for voice and video chats during your game play.
First time using Play Together? We recommend following the steps in this order to start your game play.

If your Game Bar widget is out of focus or disappears, press the Windows logo key +G to recall it.

Change settings before a call or group chat
Here's how to change your settings before a call or group chat.

You can select the settings you see on the widget or go to Device Settings for additional settings.

Turn your Camera on/off to share video reactions.

Mute/unmute your Mic for voice chat.

Choose between Speakers and Headphones.

Share content from your screen or app. When selecting which screen or app you want to share, you'll have the option to Include computer sound.

Choose your default Camera.

Choose your default Mic.

Choose your default Speaker or Headphones.

After you make the changes, select Start now to begin the call.
Change settings during a live call or group chat
To change your setting during a live call or group chat, follow these steps:

You can select the settings you see on the widget or go to Device Settings for additional settings.

Copy link to share the link on your preferred app or email.

Turn your Camera on/off to share video reactions.

Mute/ unmute your Mic for voice chat.

Share invite with others.

Choose your default Camera.

Choose your default Speaker or Headphones.

Share content from your screen or app. When selecting which screen or app you want to share, you'll have the option to Include computer sound.

Tip: Enable click-through on the Game Bar to ensure all mouse activity will go through the pined widget and straight to the game.
