Tips to improve OneDrive sync performance
OneDrive performance and sync speed can be affected by a number of factors, such as syncing a lot of files, syncing very large files, and your internet speed. If you sign in with a work or school account, your Admin may limit your connection speed.

Most internet connections download faster than they upload, so uploading files can take longer than expected. Check to see if anyone else on your network is using the internet heavily. Consider pausing the sync and wait until later.
