DAX Copilot uses advanced conversational, ambient, and generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology to streamline clinical workflows and the documentation of patient care. It quickly creates a clinical summary that you can easily transfer to your electronic health record (EHR) by using a simple voice command or a click. Learn AI terms.

Four steps to use DAX Copilot
1. Record
Use the DAX Copilot mobile app to capture clinician-patient conversations, so you can stay focused on the patient while the app handles documentation automatically. Platform: Mobile only (iOS 16+, recommended iPhone 8 or newer).
2. Edit
DAX Copilot instantly generates a clinical summary, which you can review and refine with AI tools for formatting, editing, and extracting key details.Platform: Mobile or Desktop (via Dragon Medical One).
3. Transfer
After editing, transfer the clinical summary to the electronic health record (EHR). You can choose to transfer the full summary or only selected sections. Platform: Desktop only (Dragon Medical One).
4. Finalize
Review, finalize, and sign the note in the EHR to ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Platform: In your EHR, use voice commands or traditional input methods.
