Multilingual conversations

Do you have conversations with your patients in different languages? Here's how to record conversations when you and the patient are speaking in their native language:

  1. Select the gear icon settings icon to open Settings.
  2. Under Ambient recording language, select an available language from the dropdown menu.
  3. If you choose a language other than your default language, a recording icon appears to the left of the Help and feedback icon.
  4. Record your patient conversation as usual.

Important considerations

  • Dragon Copilot supports multiple languages. Check the list of supported languages in the dropdown menu and select accordingly.
  • Ensure both you and your patient are fluent in the selected language to avoid any misunderstandings or inaccuracies in the documentation.
  • You may speak both languages in the same recording. The system allows alternation between English and the other selected language during a single recording. However, for the most accurate note results, avoid mixing languages within the same sentence.
