Solicit feedback – Share your initial ideas with stakeholders across your organization in an internal Viva Engage group. Post details about your promotional ideas, including media distribution and messaging, to get input and feedback in real time.
Look outside your tenant – If you want feedback from people outside your organization, including vested customers, create an external Viva Engage group. You can conduct surveys to test out various promotion details.
Gain consensus – Once you’ve finalized an offer, use your internal Viva Engage group to get approval from stakeholders. Viva Engage is integrated with SharePoint, so any promotional materials you upload can also be distributed and accessed on almost any device.
